HICOAT is an auxiliary emulsifier specifically designed for oil-based drilling fluids operating under ultra-high temperature (220°C) extreme conditions. Through innovative molecular structure design, it maintains strong interfacial adsorption capacity at extreme temperatures, significantly enhancing the thermal stability and demulsification resistance of the emulsion when used synergistically with the primary emulsifier. It possesses excellent HTHP (High Temperature High Pressure) fluid loss control and resistance to salt and calcium contamination, effectively maintaining the rheological stability of drilling fluids in deep and ultra-deep wells, reducing the risk of high-temperature thickening, and ensuring downhole safety and operational efficiency.
